    Peace of Mind Day once a quarter.
    This seasonal approach ensures your home is prepared for the changing weather
    and allows us to catch minor “niggles” before they become major burdens.

    • Priority Booking: By scheduling your days quarterly, you secure a guaranteed spot in my calendar.
    • Proactive Maintenance: We keep your home in peak condition year‑round, from adjusting doors as the seasons change to ensuring bespoke woodwork remains perfect.
    • Transparent Pricing: My day rate is all‑inclusive of my expert advice and specialised tools. Materials are charged at cost + 20%, covering my time to source and guarantee the highest quality for your home.
